WAREHOUSE DISPATCHER - 11 PM-7:30 AM; Tuesday-Saturday
Logistics company providing services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a full-time Warehouse Dispatcher to work out of our warehouse in the Aston, PA area.
Responsibilities include:
Coordination with Customer Service Department to ensure questions are answered in a timely manner and problems are communicated to Customer Service or on-call manager.
Answer in-coming dispatch calls including: Independent Contractor reporting, Assignment of jobs, POD and delivery data collection and data entry and Problem job recognition and notification (team leader) when appropriate
The dispatcher position is located inside of our warehouse and requires lifting (up to 20lbs).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Able to meet physical demands of warehousing *must be able to lift 50lbs
- Previous experience as a warehouse dispatcher a plus
