Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Certification in psychiatry/mental health (PMHNP-BC) is required.
- Experience in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning.
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
- Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR systems.
