Position Overview
Only candidates living in the northeast (NY, NJ, PA, DC, MD) will be considered.
The Regional Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Aetrex’s technology and orthotics distribution within the assigned region. This position blends strategic sales leadership, technology evangelism, and customer success, while drivingrevenue growth, building and maintaining high‐value account relationships, and acting as the regional expert for Aetrex’s product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion Aetrex Technology: Be the face of Aetrex’s technology innovation in your region—demonstrating how its ecosystem (3D scanners, FitGenius™ software, data analytics, and orthotics) revolutionizes the retail and foot-health experience.
- Territory Strategy & Growth: Build and execute a territory plan to drive technology and orthotic adoption across major retail chains, specialty footwear stores, and medical partners.
- Sales & Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with C-level retail executives, buyers, and clinical professionals to deliver long-term growth.
- Retail Transformation Partner: Advise retailers on integrating Aetrex’s technology into their sales floors—enhancing shopper engagement, data capture, and conversion.
- Training & Enablement: Lead high-impact product demos, workshops, and staff trainings to ensure consistent execution and superior customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate market insights into innovation and continuous improvement.
- Performance Analytics: Track territory KPIs, adoption rates, and ROI; report on trends and emerging opportunities within the footwear and orthotics sectors.
- Territory Travel: Regularly throughout the territory (often 50–75% travel expected) to visit accounts, clinics, trade shows, field events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and growing new business within a territory.
- Strong technical aptitude. Comfortable selling technology (hardware & software) and integrating into retail and clinical environments.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills—able to interact with C-suite, clinicians, retail buyers, and technical audiences.
- Ability to train and mentor sales teams or channel partners.
- Strategic mindset, strong relationship‐building, and self-motivation.
