Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Aesthetica Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center is a premier plastic surgery office based in Leesburg, Virginia. We have been in business for over 25 years. We provide both surgical and non-surgical services. We have four providers and a surgeon and numerous non-medical staff, including one other front desk coordinator. We currently have an exciting employment opportunity for an experienced front desk coordinator. This role is admin based, no medical or cosmetic procedures will be performed by the successful candidate.

Front Desk Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients as they arrive at the office
• Providing paperwork for clients and scanning paperwork into the secure EMR
• Answering the phones and providing information to potential clients and existing clients
• Collecting patient payments
• Scheduling appointments
• Keeping the reception area and common areas clean and organized
• Help to decorate the reception area throughout the year
• Sending out patient invoices and other patient correspondence
• Support the providers and management as needed
• Updating the loyalty program
• Running reports as needed
• Help create signage and marketing items for the office
• Managing the surgeon's appointment calendar
• Ordering products and office supplies
• Take photos when needed
• Participate in social media advertising
• Other tasks as required by the Managers and Owner

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of receptionist / front desk experience
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills
• Must be able to work independently and in a team
• Must have problem-solving skills
• A friendly, professional phone and in-person manner
• Pro-active
• EMR experience preferred (Nextech)
• Professional demeanor
• Bi-lingual preferred, but not required
• Medical Services Scheduling experience preferred
