Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert skincare treatments, including facials and aesthetic procedures, to help clients achieve their skincare goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent client communication skills, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment. An established client book is preferred to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing patient relationships.
Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments such as facials, skin rejuvenation procedures, and other skincare services.
- Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to educate them on skincare routines and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty.
- Manage an established book of patients, ensuring personalized care and attention during each appointment.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments to provide the best possible service.
Experience
- Prior experience as a Medical Aesthetician or in a similar skincare role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to create a positive client experience.
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for medical aesthetics professionals is necessary.
