Primary Job Responsibilities
- Perform consultations with new and existing patients, building strong, lasting relationships by understanding their aesthetic goals, leading to repeat clientele and referrals
- Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, and more) with precision and artistry
- Educate patients on products and services, ensuring informed decisions and exceptional outcomes
- Maintain pristine treatment rooms and follow safety/sanitation standards and complete daily checklist of cleaning
- Mentor new team members to promote culture of growth, development, and engagement
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver seamless, best-class experiences
- Attend staff meetings, in-house training and commit to outside continuing education, including but not limited to appropriate state licensure
- Participate with planning, execution and attend marketing and special events
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Sets and achieves goals and targets
- Valid Medical License
- Valid HIPPA and OSHA certifications
- Special skills/Certifications: Injectables, Lasers, IPL, Skin Tightening, Micro-needling, body contouring, etc.
- Experience with MedSpa Injectables and Laser services
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills and follow-through
- Passionate about the spa industry
- Above-average product and technical knowledge such as skin analysis and treatment application
- Driven and self-motivated
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Cheerful, upbeat, and professional demeanor
- Flexible, cooperative, and composed under pressure
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments
