Position Overview
Aesthetic Lab is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team. This role will focus on creating engaging, on-brand content that showcases our services, providers, and patient results while helping drive bookings and overall brand awareness.
This is an in-office role that requires hands-on content creation, collaboration with providers, and a strong understanding of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and create photo/video content in-office (treatments, before/after results, patient testimonials, team content)
- Edit and produce engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reels
- Plan and schedule consistent daily/weekly posts
- Stay up to date with social media trends and apply them to the med spa industry
- Collaborate with providers to create educational and promotional content
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and medical compliance guidelines
- Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers
- Track performance (engagement, reach, bookings) and suggest improvements
- Assist with promotions, events, and campaigns to drive new clients
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in content creation or social media preferred
- Strong interest in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry
- Comfortable filming, editing, and being around/occasionally on camera
- Familiar with apps like Canva, Instagram, TikTok
- Creative, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience working in a medical spa, salon, or aesthetics setting
- Knowledge of treatments like Botox, fillers, facials, laser, etc.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics or marketing
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
