At Aesthetic Home Investments, we are looking for a Home Inspector who shares our dedication to excellence in property management with a personal touch. As our Home Inspector, your days will be spent traveling between our units on Maui, ensuring they each meet our high standards.
Your tasks will involve assessing each property and handling minor repairs as needed. You will use industry-leading technology to keep in touch with the team, making coordinating solutions to any issues you find easy. As part of our team, your insights will contribute to our continuous improvement and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed and routine inspections to ensure Direct Lease units meet the company’s maintenance and safety standards.
- Identify and report any structural, functional, or aesthetic issues that could impact the tenant experience.
- Ensure all safety devices, like smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and security systems, are in place and functional.
- Utilize Yardi software to report detailed records of all inspections, including photographs where necessary.
- Use tenant feedback to make recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications
- Basic technical skills using a tablet and web applications.
- High school or equivalent degree is required.
- Home Maintenance Skills is preferred.
- 1 year of property management experience is preferred.
- 1 year of customer service is preferred.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to commute to our units.

Pay: From $80.00 per hour
