You'll support both my wife and I across everything: real estate deals, travel coordination, complex scheduling, vendor management, personal appointments, event planning—literally anything that needs organizing. Think of yourself as the central hub that makes our lives not just functional, but exceptional.

- Thrives under pressure and loves the challenge of juggling multiple priorities
- Is self-sufficient and resourceful—you figure things out independently
- Takes extreme ownership of your work with zero excuses
- Wants a long-term role where you can truly grow and make an impact
WHAT YOU'LL DO (The Impact You'll Make)
Every day is different, but your mission is constant: make our lives run like clockwork.
**Calendar & Communication Mastery**
- Protect our time like it's gold—filter requests, batch meetings, eliminate waste
- Achieve inbox zero twice daily, handling 90% of communications independently
- Coordinate schedules across time zones with zero errors
- Make us look good by ensuring every meeting has context, agendas, and backup contact info
**Travel & Logistics Excellence**
- Book flawless travel experiences (flights, hotels, ground transport, every detail)
- Create comprehensive trip files so we never have to wonder what's next
- Handle changes and delays before we even know about them
- Anticipate what we'll need in each city—gym locations, restaurants, car service
**Real Estate & Business Support**
- Coordinate with agents, attorneys, contractors across multiple properties
- Track critical deadlines and keep deals moving forward smoothly
- Organize documentation and research to support our decisions
- Be our eyes and ears when we can't be everywhere at once
**Life Management**
- Book reservations at the right restaurants (always with backup plans)
- Coordinate with our house manager on deliveries, vendors, household needs
- Handle gift purchasing and personal shopping
- Schedule appointments—medical, dental, whatever's needed
- Research and present options for major purchases
**Project Coordination**
- Keep projects on track with status updates and follow-through
- Be the liaison between us and everyone else—team, vendors, contacts
- Handle invoicing, expenses, and financial tracking
- Present solutions, not just problems (always bring 3 options)
YOUR JOURNEY WITH US
**First 30 Days: Learning & Integration**
You'll master our world—preferences, contacts, systems, and priorities. You'll start handling communications independently and building trust through flawless execution.
**90 Days: Becoming Essential**
You're anticipating needs before we ask. Problems get solved before they reach us. Our lives are noticeably smoother, and we're wondering how we ever managed without you.
**6 Months: Indispensable Partner**
You're not just managing tasks—you're optimizing our entire operation. We trust you completely with sensitive matters. You're offering strategic input. We can disconnect completely knowing everything is handled.
