Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Service Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our food service area. You will engage with customers, assist in food preparation, and maintain a clean and safe environment, all while contributing to a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Aloha and Micros for order processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health regulations regarding food handling and preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or a quick service/fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.

Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
