Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, completing system inspections, and documenting all work performed. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving HVAC system issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Plumbing skills related to HVAC systems, including piping, condensate lines, and related components.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills for scheduling, inspecting, and servicing HVAC equipment to reduce downtime.
- Candidates should possess EPA certification for handling refrigerants and a solid understanding of related environmental regulations.
- Candidates should possess Electricity skills, including reading schematics, working with controls, and safely troubleshooting electrical components.
