Pay Rate: $85,000-$100,000 annually monthly car allowance

Position Summary
Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. is expanding operations to Tacoma, WA, and seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Manager to lead our technical service operations, drive process improvements, and support our logistics growth in the PNW.

Responsibilities
- Oversee repair, assembly, and technical service operations
- Manage technicians and supervisors, ensuring safety and quality standards
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Support client technical coordination and onboarding of new processes
- Perform hands-on repair work when necessary to support the team
- Maintain high repair standards and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications
All this is always carried out in accordance with our company's quality, environmental, and health policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a technical field preferred; or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
- At least 5 years of previous experience managing employees and or teams in equipment logistics, assembly, and or repair management
- Prefer previous experience with port, international, transportation, construction, and or heavy equipment logistics and repair
- Leadership experience in a technical or mechanical team environment, managing multiple layers of technicians and projects
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with US safety protocols and quality assurance standards
- Attestation of aerial work platform (IPAF) and overhead crane exposure
- General proficiency using Warehouse Management Software (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Basic knowledge of and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation
- Salary range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually (exempt, not overtime eligible)
- Monthly car allowance provided
