Job Description:
- Build landing gear assemblies
- Read and interpret Maintenance Manuals
- Use Precision Tooling
- Communicate and work with other departments
- Prepare completed assemblies for crating and shipping
- Document work performed
- Abide by all quality and safety procedures at all times
- Follow instructions per the component maintenance manuals(CMM)
- Maintain an organized work space
- May occasionally be required to work overtime including evenings or weekends as necessary to meet deadlines
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous mechanical maintenance experience. (Preferred: Previous aircraft technicians and those with landing gear experience will be considered first)
- High school diploma or an equivalent
- Proficient in the English language; writing, reading and speaking
- This position is safety sensitive and adheres to DOT drug and alcohol regulations
- Must Successfully complete a comprehensive background check
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
