Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Torrance, CA. The Customer Service Manager will oversee customer service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage customer support teams, and develop customer service strategies. Daily tasks include resolving customer complaints, analyzing customer service metrics, and improving overall customer service procedures.
