Residential Plumbing Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Plumbing Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems.
• Rod out clogged drains and plumbing systems.
• Consult with customers to provide the best options for diagnosing or repairing issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
• Complete work orders accurately and on time.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction and plumbing services.
• Possession of an apprentice card or a journeyman license
• Experience with water heater installation and repair.
• Basic plumbing knowledge for integrated home systems.
• Familiarity with advanced plumbing systems such as tankless water heaters and filtration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems for residential customers.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with local codes.

Work in and around residential homes throughout the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs, ensuring a variety of work settings and experiences.

This is a Permanent position based out of Naperville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
