General Production Worker

Job Title: General Production Worker in Oakmont, PA

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. We have openings on all three shifts: 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, and 12am-8am. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and perform assembly tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing steel-toed boots or shoes.
• Participate in repetitive work while standing for long periods.
• Utilize power tools and equipment for repair and assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

• 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven ability to work in environments requiring standing for extended periods.
• Experience with production assembly and general labor tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse distribution or construction is preferred.
• Familiarity with power tools and repair work.

Work Environment

Maintenance positions offer room for growth with different levels of pay based on experience, ranging from Mechanic A at $30.82 to Mechanic B at $23.21. Attendance is crucial, as missing work more than twice in the first 90 days may impact union eligibility.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oakmont, PA.

The pay range for this position is $35880.00 - $35984.00/yr.

Full Medical, Dental and Vision plan along with 401k plan after year.

This is a fully onsite position in Oakmont,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 13, 2026.
