Job Summary:
- Manage daily production operations by monitoring goals, KPIs and team performance to ensure efficiency, quality and on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and workflow optimization with regular staff meetings to foster communication throughout the departments
- Development of team by driving culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 1-3 years of manufacturing operations with leadership experience
- Curiosity, energy, and a growth mindset; you don’t just want a job, you want a career
- Willingness to support a flexible workforce schedule, including managing labor during overtime periods such as on weekends/holidays
- Required lifting weight: 35 lbs.
