Duties & Responsibilities:
HR Support
- The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing new hire packets, and entering data into HR systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases such as HRIS and QMS, ensure legal posters are up to date, and coordinate HR-related communications with IT and other departments.
- Assists with benefits administration by responding to employee inquiries, supports the performance review and training processes, and ensures compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
- Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scanning and converting employee files electronically, entering new hires into training platforms, and contributing to HR reporting and other assignments as needed.
Office Administration
- Co-manage front office operations by greeting visitors in collaboration with front office staff, overseeing office supplies, and maintaining shared spaces.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages, coordinate food and planning for on-site meetings and events, and create promotional materials for social or special occasions.
- Manage temporary visitor badges and sign-in procedures to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- HR Certification a plus
- 1–3 years of administrative or HR experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to make independent decisions when dealing with complex issues.

Physical Requirements:
Office-based role, in a manufacturing environment with occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs). Frequent use of computer, phone, and office equipment. Must be willing and able to frequently visit the manufacturing floor, adhering to all safety protocols.
