Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift with consistent overtime opportunities
What You'll Do
- Assemble precision aerospace and industrial products, components, and subassemblies according to engineering specifications and quality standards
- Follow written and verbal instructions, including blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and manufacturer documentation
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to complete assemblies accurately
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company, customer, and quality requirements
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet production schedules
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, GED, or technical school certificate
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or technical production experience preferred
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
- Experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, or manufacturing documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work overtime to support production schedules and customer requirements
- Basic computer skills
