Bachelor's degree in related area (Business, Engineering, etc.) or 6 years related experience. At least five years' experience in production processes, machinery, and equipment related to sheet metal fabrication, plastic forming technology, foam and adhesive/upholstery assembly, welding applications, and/or metalworking technology. At least 2 years supervisory experience as a supervisor and/or superintendent in similar related work. Must have experience maintaining a flow schedule of parts through the shop. Planning experience a plus.
