- Objective: Under general supervision, the Aftermarket Operations Coordinator provides clerical and system support to ensure accurate order management and timely updates within the ERP system. This role is responsible for maintaining order data integrity, rescheduling orders as needed, and supporting on-time delivery (OTD) performance through accurate and timely system transactions. Main Function Responsibilities A) Update and maintain customer orders in the ERP system, including schedule changes and order modifications B) Reschedule orders based on direction from Planning, Supply Chain and Operations teams, or customer contractual oblications C) Ensure accuracy of order dates, quantities, pricing and customer information D) Monitor order status and flag discrepancies or potential deliver risks to appropriate teams E) Process order adjustments, cancellations, and revisions in a timely manner F) Support backlog management activities by maintaining accurate system data G) Generate routine reports related to order status and delivery commitments H) Maintain organized records and documentation related to customer orders I) Communicate with internal teams to confirm schedule changes and updates J) Assist with administrative tasks to support overall Aftermarket Operations performance.
- Education & Qualification: Associate Degree in Business or related field is required; or three (3) years of experience supporting sales, marketing or customer relations. Bachelor Degree in Business or related field is preferred. B. Work Experience - Technical knowledge: Minimum of 3 (3) years of experience in either customer service order entry or supply chain purchase order release. Prefer experience within the Safran Seats USA organization. Experience in a customer related area or proven ability to work well with customers required. Has a wide variety of experience in Manufacturing, Purchasing, Planning and understands the terminology and operating methods. C. Professional Skills: Experience working in ERP systems Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Must be proficient in the operation of office computers. Must have advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office software products (standard suite of office software products: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, et. al.). Provides and communicates relevant information in a timely manner and provides reports on activities. Utilizes continuous improvement in analyzing actions, problems and creating or suggesting solutions. Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment. Ability to read and review written communication. Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English. D. Behavioral Skills: Must have ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks simultaneously Must be able to interface with all departments within the company, as well as multi-cultural outside customers. Provides and communicates relevant information in a timely manner and provides reports on activities. Utilizes continuous improvement in analyzing actions, problems and creating or suggesting solutions. Must be able to work extended hours as needed. Physical Demands: This position requires extended periods of sitting while working with computers and viewing computer monitors and other office equipment.
