Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Coordinator based in Costa Mesa, CA, with some remote work flexibility. The Project Coordinator will support project teams by managing schedules, tracking project milestones, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role involves effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports, assisting with resource allocation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential risks, addressing issues proactively, and collaborating closely with various departments to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and resource allocation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in communication, reporting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with construction, engineering, or aviation industries is preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with team members on-site and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
