Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the Manufacturing of construction equipment.
- Develop appropriate preventative maintenance programs to keep large fleet of equipment in good order.
- Manage team of mechanics to execute on preventative maintenance and repair programs.
- Establish weekly work pipeline and assign associated resources.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure all fleet-related needs are prioritized appropriately and fulfilled in a timely fashion.
- Collaborate operations to acquire new assets for new opportunities and replacements.
- Coordinate Snow Maintenance Teams for Storm events.
- Schedule available resources
- Will require active onsite support during snow season
- Develop Maintenance reporting for Local and Sr. Management.

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to effectively train employees in operations systems and functions.
- May need to go to local airports to work on equipment.
- May require hands on use of power tools and equipment.
- Heavy equipment operators experience a plus.
- Minimum 3 to 5 yrs. experience with heavy equipment and snow operations.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift, grasp, carry, push, and pull.
- Driver’s license required.
- Must be able to pass airport badge screening process.
Other Skill and Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite—Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work independently, positive approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel (average 25% to 40%)
