Job Posting: Regional Sales Manager – Door-to-Door Fiber Internet Sales
Location: Spanish Fork, Utah (Hybrid – local office with nationwide travel)
Compensation: Base Salary available with experience, $100,000 – $400,000 per year (uncapped, production-based)
About the Opportunity
We’re a fast-growing fiber internet dealer rolling out high-speed service to communities across the country. Right now, we have dozens of untapped territories where residents still don’t know fiber is finally available in their neighborhood.
We’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager based in Utah County area to build, lead, and scale our national door-to-door sales teams. This is not a desk job. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who loves recruiting, training, winning, and getting paid extremely well for results.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and hire top-performing door-to-door sales reps and local managers nationwide
- Build sales teams from scratch: in larger markets you’ll place multiple reps a local manager; in smaller markets you’ll place Utah-based managers who oversee multiple territories remotely
- Personally train new hires on our fiber story, sales process, and closing techniques
- Travel (fly out) as needed to launch new territories, run live training sessions, and boost underperforming teams
- Identify and open brand-new sales territories across the U.S.
- Drive massive revenue growth through your teams while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer experience
- Report directly to ownership and have full autonomy to build your region the way you see fit
What You’ll Earn
$100,000 – $400,000 annually depending on production.
Top producers in this role are clearing $250k–$400k because there is no earnings cap. You and your teams get paid on every signed fiber contract, with strong overrides on team performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading or recruiting door-to-door sales teams (telecom, cable, solar, home services, or similar preferred)
- Strong track record of hitting big numbers and building winning teams
- Comfortable flying out to new markets on short notice
- Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
- Excellent communicator and natural leader
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Provo/Springville, Utah area
- Valid driver’s license and clean background (we run checks)
