This role functions as a proposal-focused marketing specialist supporting a transportation team. The position is centered on full-cycle pursuit execution, including proposals, qualifications, and presentations.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage full proposal lifecycle from kickoff through submission
- Develop proposals, LOIs, and qualifications packages
- Coordinate inputs from technical teams
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance
- Write and edit proposal content
- Maintain Deltek Vantagepoint data
Compensation and Work Structure
- $80K – $85K base
- Fully remote
- Optional office access in Florida
- 1–2 days quarterly in-office (Orlando/Jacksonville) for team collaboration
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–10 years AEC proposal experience
- Strong RFP/RFQ experience
- Deltek Vantagepoint and Adobe InDesign proficiency required
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
