- Oversee merchandising efforts, including product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional displays to maximize sales potential
- Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to attract talented team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate purchasing to ensure product availability
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy and integrity
- Implement marketing initiatives within the store to increase foot traffic and sales performance

Skills
