About The Role
We are currently seeking an Aviation Parts & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Miami. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely order processing. If you possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive attitude, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Handling customer requests for materials, sales, and exchange inquiries.
- Meeting AOG deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Preparing orders for shipment to vendors and customers.
- Coordinating deliveries with couriers for expedited service.
- Performing data entry using Quantum system.
- Maintaining an organized filing system.
- Receiving materials from suppliers and conduct quality control inspections.
- Handling and store aeronautical parts, including electro-sensitive devices.
- Addressing queries and manage rejected parts.
- Packing parts for domestic or export dispatch.
- Maintaining shipping documentation.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth company operations.
- Performing other reasonable tasks as needed.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Passion for learning and proactive attitude.
- Valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with Quantum Inventory system beneficial.
- Forklift truck license desirable.
- Hazardous Goods in Transit certificate advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team.
