What We Would Like You to Do
The primary role of the Mechanical Assembler is to assemble and disassemble various electronic items (computer servers, instrument clusters, radios, etc.). Specifically, in this role you will:
- Employ your skills in cleaning, disassembling, and reassembling units, ensuring they are prepared for repair, testing, and final inspection (training provided).
- Demonstrate adeptness in utilizing hand assembly tools, test tools, and precision measuring equipment to meet quality standards.
- Thrive in a dynamic work environment by completing work orders while maintaining high-quality standards in accordance with our certifications.
- Effectively communicate with coworkers, department leads and management. Collaboration is key to ensure seamless operations.
- Exhibit versatility in performing both routine and non-routine tasks independently, while showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Uphold a commitment to safety by adhering to all safety policies, operating instructions, and procedures. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow proper procedures for handling materials, including hazardous substances.
- Contribute to a safe and clean working environment, reflective of our commitment to a high standard of workplace safety.

Compensation
$15 to $17 per hour
Interview Process
- All initial interviews will be conducted via phone call or Microsoft Teams video conferencing.
- Interviews can lead to multiple meetings including panel discussions.
- All offers of employment are contingent upon the passing of a background check as well as a drug & alcohol testing.
