Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Holly Springs, NC 27540 (Hybrid)
Hybrid - (Onsite 1-2 days / week)
Duration: Until 06/25/2027
Primary Role:
** The role’s primary duties will include Supply Planning, Procurement, and Management of Raw Materials, and Management of Supplier and Customer Relationships.
** Will utilize necessary Systems to Acquire Materials and Manage Inventory levels, lead times, and safety stock efficiently to prevent stock shortages and minimize waste.
** Develop and implement supply chain inventory tools (e.g., MRP)
** Procure materials via purchase orders, blanket orders, vendor-managed inventor, or other supply agreements using required systems (SAP, Rapid Response, Ariba, etc.)
** Proficient in inventory process within SAP or other ERP systems
** Production Planning to review, rationalize and update Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements for new and existing products.
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
• Supply Chain experience including Procurement, Planning principles and Inventory Management
• Experience managing Single-use Production parts and / or Chemicals/Excipients in the Biotech / Pharma industry.
• High proficiency with Computer Systems (SAP, Rapid Response, Excel/Smartsheet).
Accountabilities
• Embed the principles of Good Distribution Practices guideline in the US Supply Chain network, to ensure that product quality is maintained.
