Job Title: Scientist I

Location: San Diego, CA 92121

Working Model: Fully Onsite

Working Days: Monday through Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM PST to 5:30 PM PST

Duration: 06/22/2026 to 12/18/2026

Interview Model: Two rounds (Virtual - 30 minutes each)


Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with 5 years or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience in molecular biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
  • Molecular Biology: Required proficiency in advanced cloning (Gibson assembly, Golden Gate, site-directed mutagenesis) and IVT.
  • Functional Assays: Hands-on expertise in measuring transgene delivery success via reporter assays and qRT-PCR.
  • Cell Culture: Preferred experience in genetic manipulation of cell lines and primary cells (e.g., T cells, monocytes, hepatocytes).
  • Software/Tools: Desired proficiency in Snapgene, Prism, and MS Office
