Scientist with Cell Biology, Plate Based Assays (HiBiT, NanoBiT, CTG, NanoBRET)and Mammalian Experience (Onsite Job in Thousand Oaks, CA)
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Terms: Contract W2 Only
Duration : 12 Months Contract (Will Get Extended for Long)
Description:
5 days a week onsite at Thousand Oaks standard business hours
Skill Sets:
Mammalian cell culture
Plate based quantitative assays (HiBiT, NanoBiT, CTG, NanoBRET)
Molecular Biology techniques
Experience with imaging techniques
Cell biology background---not chemistry
Preferred qualifications
• PhD in molecular biology, cell biology, cancer biology, or pharmacology.
• Broad knowledge of molecular and cellular biology with demonstrated independent research eminence through publications
• Understanding of cellular protein degradation pathways (ubiquitin-proteasome system, endo-lysosome pathway), and/or experience in small molecule or other related areas.
• Research experience in molecular and cellular techniques, western blotting, quantitative cell-based assay development, cell line engineering, plate-based assays, flow cytometry, and confocal microscopy.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Maintain cells
Generate stable cell lines
Perform cell-based assays
Data analysis
Salary : $40 - $42
