Process Development Associate with Drug Substance/Drug Product/Biologics/Lyophilization/Freezing/Filtration and Laboratory Experience (Onsite Job in Cambridge, MA)
Location: Cambridge, MA
Terms: Contract W2 Only
Duration : 12 Months Contract (Will Get Extended for Long)
Must have Process Development as a title in project whether its industry or academic.
Hiring Manager Notes :-
- BS OR MS with 1-2 years of Industry experience in any Pharma/Biotech/small Scientific Startup Companies
- We are not looking for too much of Assay Development, Aseptic Techniques or Cell Culture
- We are only focused on Process Development related to Drug Substance, Drug Product, API, Biologics, Lyophilization, Freezing, Filtration etc.
- Not looking for more than a year employment GAP
- Role will be Hybrid - 1/2x Onsite a Week with occasionally upto 5 days a week Onsite depending upon the work
Degree in Biology, Biochemistry or Analytical Chemistry; experience in a Biopharmaceutical working environment
Responsibilities include:
Monitors or follows established experimental design and protocols and performs routine tasks and studies to obtain reproducible and reliable results with limited supervision
Plans, monitors or conducts, analyzes and records experiments, and provides interpretation of data
Effectively transfers experimental methods from literature to the lab and makes modifications as necessary
Develops and implements new protocols with moderate review
Engages coworkers in scientific discussions
Communicates data and interpretation to work group
Skilled at developing systems to ensure quality data
Skilled and/or knowledgeable in the use of standard laboratory equipment and with one or more major laboratory instruments/techniques
Salary : $28 - $30
