Max Pay: $63.00 per hour on W2
* Assay Development
* Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) systems, Nucleic Acid Extraction, Library Preparation, Sequencing, and Data Analysis.
* Hands-on Lab Experiments
* Designing and performing early development studies, such as optimizations,
* troubleshooting, reagent selection, assay recommendations, assay characterization.
* Automated Liquid-handling (Tecan, Hamilton) and Sequencing Instrumentation.
* Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques including PCR, qPCR, nucleic acid extraction, and library preparation
*** Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field with 5 years of experience , a Master’s with 2 years or PHD degree with 6 months to 1 year
