Job Description:
Summary:
Looking for someone with around 5 years of experience on DeltaV.
The internal team of engineers is focused on a large project, and the maintenance side of the automation team needs additional support.
Primary responsibilities are Updating and retooling systems, as well as onboarding new skidded equipment.
Experience with Automation Validation is ideal but not a requirement.
Key Accountabilitie
- Develop technical knowledge on manufacturing equipment and processes automation systems
- Assist with tech transfer, projects, and process improvements as needed.
- Support resolution of equipment breakdowns and quality issues in the suites
- Conduct troubleshooting and technical analyses on manufacturing equipment and processes automation systems including PI data analyses, review/troubleshooting code, etc. both during normal business hours and as part of an on-call rotation.
- Performs all work safely and meets the requisite training requirements.
- Participates in IPT/JPT in addition to other meetings as the Controls representative
- Initiates change controls and participates in all aspects of the change controls process.
- Complete change request lot assessments to support lot release
- Review SOPs, Functional Specifications, and work instructions
- Remain up to date on all assigned training activities
