Title:- AI Video Consultant (Training & Enablement)
Location: Swiftwater, PA (Fully Remote)
Duration: Contract until Dec 2026 (Possible extension)
Description:
Fully Remote
Shift: 1st Work Schedule: Mon-Fri : 9-5 EST
Role: Enhance communication through Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Core mission:
Assess current AI environment and available tools for communication
Exchange with COL-BO team to evaluate GCD needs over time (per function, calendar, …)
Define the most appropriate way for digitalized communication
Train the COL-BO team for AI video production
Provide guidance and best practices for sustainable production in the long run
Expected deliverables:
1) Training and skill development
Structured Training Program: Define and develop a complete pedagogical plan including learning objectives, session schedule, and prerequisites
Hands-on Workshops: Practical sessions on leading AI video tools (e.g., GPT4, Google Flow, ClipChamp, others, …)
Training Materials: Slide decks, step-by-step tutorials, and a technical glossary
Skills Assessment: Pre/post training evaluations and participation certificates to measure team progress
2) Operational Implementation
AI Video Production Framework: A standardized end-to-end workflow tailored to ***'s needs and clinical guidelines
Reusable Templates & Workflows: Ready-to-use templates for recurring video formats (e.g., internal communications, Clinical trials achievements highlight)
Tool & Architecture Recommendations: Comparative analysis of tools, licensing requirements, and integration options with existing systems
Quality Control Guidelines: Sensibilization to best practices document covering review processes, compliance, GDPR, and ethical use of AI-generated content
3) Pilot Projects & Demonstration
2–3 Co-created AI Videos — Collaborative production of real use-case videos with the team (e.g., onboarding video, internal campaign, training module)
Performance Metrics & ROI Report — Documentation of results, lessons learned, and measurable impact
***-Specific Use Cases — Identification and prioritization of the most relevant AI video applications for the business
4) Support & Sustainability
Post-Training Q&A Sessions: Scheduled follow-up sessions to address questions and consolidate learning
Technical Support: Dedicated support period (3 months) following the end of the training program
Living Documentation: Updated materials reflecting tool evolutions and new best practices
6–12 Month Skills Roadmap: A forward-looking plan to continue developing AI video capabilities within the team
Must have:
