IT Infrastructure Support Analyst

AEP Hawaii is hiring an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst to support network deployments, endpoint management, and Active Directory administration across a growing, multi-site enterprise in Hawaii.

What you will do

• Lead the physical "rack, stack, and cable" of networking equipment (routers, switches, access points) and server hardware for new site build-outs, upgrades, and lifecycle refreshes
• Own end-to-end deployment of IT infrastructure at new locations, validating network segmentation and security controls at time of installation
• Administer Windows Active Directory, including user/group creation, account provisioning, access adjustments, password resets, and OU navigation
• Manage endpoints through MDM platforms (JAMF, SOTI, Apple Business Manager), including device enrollment, software deployment, and patch management
• Securely join new workstations and peripheral devices to the domain, following naming conventions and security group standards
• Apply core networking skills (TCP/IP troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS scopes, network patching) to keep new and existing sites connected and secure
• Travel periodically, including to Neighbor Islands and the mainland, to support site activations and equipment deployments

What you bring

• 3 years of hands-on IT experience with a focus on infrastructure, hardware, and network deployment
• Multi-site corporate enterprise experience strongly preferred
• Practical experience with Windows Active Directory (user modifications, OU navigation)
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, network patching)
• Foundational exposure to MDM platforms (Jamf, SOTI, Apple Business Manager), basic VoIP, VMware navigation, and Linux terminal usage
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, required for site visits and equipment transport
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis, and to work in server room and active construction/build-out environments
