Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Central Indiana Area
Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) or 3rd Shift (10:00pm–6:30am)
Pay: Up to $65,000 Base Overtime

The Opportunity
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee production line operations while providing strong leadership and ensuring performance targets are met. This is a hands-on role with approximately 75% of time spent on the production floor supporting team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and direct a team of approximately 30 production employees, including operators and team leads.
- Delegate daily assignments, verify work completion, and ensure required staffing levels.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets for production output.
- Assist other lines or departments when your assigned line is ahead of schedule.
- Work cross-functionally with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering groups.
- Maintain workflow efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor timesheets, review and approve PTO, and conduct disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor (approximately 75% of the time).
Schedule & Overtime
- October–July: Approx. 45 hours/week
- August–September (Fresh Pack Season): Approx. 60 hours/week
- Overtime paid after 45 hours at a flat rate
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Proven history of meeting KPI targets and driving team performance
- Hands-on leadership style; comfortable working directly on the floor
- Experience working cross-functionally across departments
- Comfortable with clerical responsibilities (timesheets, PTO approvals, disciplinary documentation, etc.)
- Ability to commute within 45 minutes of the facility
