Responsibilities:
- Connect, maintain and nurture relations with current and potentials customers over the phone and through emails
- Create and enter quotes and bill of materials for parts and sales orders
- Resolve customer complaints
Requirements:
- Strong written communication and customer service skills, especially over email
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage quotes, purchase orders, and multiple customer requests
- Comfortable handling frustrated customers over the phone professionally and working through issues
- Customer-facing experience in retail, service, hospitality, or similar; manufacturing experience is a plus, not required
