Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor production lines, materials, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist with setup, changeovers, and adjustments on production lines.
Complete production reports and documentation accurately and on time.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred, but not required.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.
