Responsibilities
- Operate manual, CNC, hydraulic, and electric press brake machines
- Select and run existing bending programs accurately
- Load materials correctly and safely for production
- Perform first-piece quality checks to ensure part accuracy
- Lead and coordinate a team of 6-10 members during daily operations
- Maintain a safe and collaborative team-based work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in metal forming
