Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, contractors, and suppliers
- Manage project schedules, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues
- Oversee project budgets and financial performance, tracking costs and ensuring alignment with estimates
- Perform site visits and inspections for quality and safety compliance
- Prepare and manage technical documentation including drawings and contracts
- Ensure projects meet all safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management, or a related discipline
- Proven project management experience with 5 years in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects with budgets of $10M or more
- Strong financial management and scheduling skills
- Effective communication skills to align diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with engineering tools such as Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
- Preferred credentials include PMP certification, P.E. license, Lean or Six Sigma expertise, or an advanced degree

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
