Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, a proactive approach to safety, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in protecting property and ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent loss.
- Provide assistance during conflicts or disturbances, employing conflict management techniques.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary. Observe, report, document suspicious or criminal behavior.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies is advantageous.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
