Role Description
The Strategic Recruiting Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent for various positions within the organization. The manager will develop strategic hiring plans, source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining a talent pipeline, analyzing recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning recruitment efforts with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
- Proficiency in creating strategic hiring plans and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and collaborating with team members
- Organizational and analytical skills to manage recruitment metrics and talent pipelines
- Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment laws is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in security or service industries is beneficial but not required
