Water/Wastewater Skid Assembly Technician

Step into a hands-on shop role where you turn technical drawings into working water and wastewater treatment assemblies. Your day starts with a blueprint, a bill of materials, and a layout table. You’ll measure twice, cut once, and bring custom plastic piping panels and related assemblies to life using saws, drills, and other power tools. From accurate hole layouts to clean cuts and precise fits, your mechanical know‑how keeps every build on spec.

• Assemble and fabricate water and wastewater treatment skids, including custom plastic pipe panels
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to guide builds
• Measure, drill, cut, and perform general mechanical assembly with power tools
• Assist with equipment installation and basic wiring as projects require
• Maintain a tidy, safe work area and consistent build quality

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused with strong mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable fabricating in plastics (layout, cutting, drilling, fitting)
• Confident reading blueprints and translating them into accurate assemblies
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and basic equipment wiring

As you master fabrication and assembly, you’ll have the chance to step into more advanced work—supporting and eventually building custom control panels and related wiring for complex systems.
