- Keep manufacturing equipment running through timely troubleshooting and repairs.
- Own preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic disciplines.
- Install and service motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and more.
- Leverage schematics and manuals to guide diagnostics and solutions.
- Contribute to equipment installations, upgrades, and CI projects.
- Use welding/fabrication skills when needed to complete repairs.
- Operate with strict adherence to company safety practices.
- Capture accurate records of completed maintenance activities.
- Industrial maintenance background in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Welding and fabrication; PLC troubleshooting experience is considered a plus.
- Self-directed with a team-first mindset.
- Safety- and quality-focused approach.
- Heavy equipment repair and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of 120/208/240/480 VAC and high-voltage systems.
- Electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair; industrial electrical systems experience.
- Electrical panel installation; conduit bending; equipment installation and wiring.
- Electrical schematic reading for diagnostics and repairs.
- Pneumatic troubleshooting; hydraulic systems and component service.
- Boiler troubleshooting.
- Heavy material handling.
- CNC machine setup and changeover.
- Automotive manufacturing systems familiarity.
- Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting; mechanical systems and component repair.
- Electrical systems and diagnostics for heavy equipment.
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) best practices.
