As a vital member of our team, your primary responsibility will be operating and setting up Doosan and Haas CNC lathes and mills. Your expertise will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Masterfully operate CNC machinery, ensuring precise execution on Doosan and Haas equipment.
• Utilize your skills to run existing programs, adjusting and making necessary offsets to produce impeccable first articles.
• Perform meticulous in-process inspections, utilizing micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and adhere to our high-quality control standards.
• Decipher intricate part drawings, including GD&T specifications, to drive success.

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with CNC lathes, mills, or mill-turns, ideally in a job shop environment.
• Proficient in precision inspection tools and complex mechanical drawings interpretation.
• Experience in low-volume, high-changeover machining environments.
• Stable and commendable work history, particularly with long tenures at previous positions.

• Familiarity with Fanuc controls and Doosan/Haas machines is advantageous.
• Experience with Esprit 2020 or Esprit Edge for CNC programming adds value.
• Willingness and ability to troubleshoot and edit programs enhances your candidacy.
• Exceptional inspection aptitude and adept problem-solving skills.
