Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and heat-treating equipmentDiagnose and repair issues involving hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, and mechanical componentsConduct welding and light fabrication to maintain and modify equipment as neededMaintain furnaces, quench tanks, cooling systems, and other heat treating machineryTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtimeMaintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment recordsSupport installation and commissioning of new equipmentEnsure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company proceduresRequirements:Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing or heat treating environmentStrong working knowledge of hydraulics, pumps, mechanical systems, and welding/fabricationAbility to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manualsFamiliarity with lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety protocolsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to lift 50 lbs, work in high-temperature environments, and operate industrial tools/equipmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with furnace or heat treating equipment maintenanceBasic electrical troubleshooting (a plus)Forklift or crane certification
