As a Junior Process & Manufacturing Engineer, you'll report to the Engineering Manager and be a hands-on partner to production, quality, and maintenance from your first week.
A day in the life
- Walk the line with production teams to troubleshoot equipment and resolve process hiccups before they slow output.
- Spot opportunities to reduce waste and cycle time, then pilot practical fixes that lift throughput and quality.
- Collaborate across functions—Quality, Maintenance, and Production—to turn continuous improvement ideas into reality.
- Update or create tooling and fixtures; refine floor layouts to improve flow and ergonomics.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods to sustain measurable improvements.

What you'll bring
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing fundamentals and mechanical processes.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset and comfort getting hands-on at the line.
- Willingness to work onsite and partner directly with operators and technicians.
