Industrial Maintenance Technician
Twinsburg, OH
Shift: 2nd shift & Weekend shift
Pay: $32-35/hr.

What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Work on conveyors, presses, CNC machines, or automated equipment
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Assist with equipment installs and upgrades
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
What We’re Looking For
2 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical electrical)
Experience with:- Motors, drives, and PLCs (basic knowledge is a plus)
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Welding or fabrication (bonus, not required)
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Experience with robotics or automation
- Electrical certifications or technical schooling
