What a Typical Day Looks Like

You’ll rotate between scheduled service and on-demand support—inspecting systems, fine-tuning performance, and stepping in when a critical asset needs immediate attention. You’ll document your work, collaborate with teammates to refine processes, and uphold safety standards that protect everyone on the floor.

Your Impact

• Execute routine servicing and corrective repairs on a wide range of machinery and support equipment to maximize performance.
• Pinpoint faults quickly, troubleshoot mechanical problems, and implement durable fixes.
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance plans to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Record all maintenance activities and repairs with accuracy and clarity.
• Partner with peers to streamline maintenance methods and boost efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas orderly and clean.
• Assist with installing and commissioning new equipment when required.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical maintenance training is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a maintenance mechanic (or closely related role) in an industrial or facilities setting.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, hand/power tools, and shop equipment.
• Ability to read and apply technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Sharp troubleshooting ability and strong attention to detail.
• Clear communicator and dependable team player.
